The Brief
The Faber Institute is a spiritual resource in Portland, Oregon. They offer classes, consulting and spiritual direction. They came to us looking for a refresh of their website and integration with a donation portal that was simpler and easier for their bookkeeping.
The Approach
They were perfect for a new website development project. We walked through a deep dive into their messaging and began to help them clarify their target audience and the way they communicate what they do. The discovery process also led us toward recurring donation functionality and email list building strategies. We also helped them create a calendar on their website that would be a hub for all that they do.
The Result
They are now consistently receiving requests for speaking and spiritual direction via the online contact form. They are continually adding people to their email list and recently added an additional spiritual director to to respond to increased demand.
