Here’s what you can expect in regards to support if you choose one of our Website Care Plans.
The best way to interact with our team about any tasks, projects, and aspects pertaining to the website is by email. We invite you to use support@centerstreetdigital.com for all your requests after your initial site is live. We do this to make sure that anything you send us is properly tracked and accounted for to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Anytime you send an email, we create a ticket for us to track and for our support team to work on. Typically the turn around on normal support is about 24-48 hours (usually 24) for 30-minute jobs.
Speaking of support…
With our Basic Website Care Plan, we include 30 minutes of support a month. This means that we will help you get unstuck and we’ll help you know how to do it differently in the future. No need to stress about reaching a limit. We’ll let you know if you’re pushing the limits of what we can provide.
With our Premium Website Care Plan, our team is freed up to offer you small changes and helpful insights into digital best practices. You get peace of mind that comes with knowing you have a full team backing you with quick responses and digital expertise.
Our highest level of support, the Professional Website Care Plan, provides an additional staging site use and up to 4 hours of technical development. This is for high traffic, mission-critical sites.
Phone
If you ever feel like you need to talk on the phone, we schedule short phone calls on Thursday and Friday…unless there is an emergency (your site is imploding, etc.). Just shoot us an email at support@centerstreetdigital.com and we’ll set up a time.
Work hours
Our team also keeps fairly regular work hours Monday through Friday. We enjoy hanging out with our families too much to work on the weekends very often.
